Returns Policy
- Bowhill & Elliott offer a 28 day full return policy on all items ordered (except monogrammed, bespoke design or styles that have been customised).
- The goods must be returned in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Please ensure to only try on a carpet and not on hard or wooden floors, as this will mark the soles resulting in a return request being declined.
- Please request a return form via email should you need to exchange or refund. We will email the DHL paperwork needed. charing the current postage rate. We do not offer free returns. Alternatively we can deduct the cost of return postage from the final refund
- On receipt of your returned goods, providing they are returned in box fresh condition, you can expect processing of the refund within 7 working days.

Delivery Policy
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
For all deliveries we use DHL courier service. Our delivery cost per order is £10 flat fee for orders shipped within the United Kingdom, with Rest of World costing £35.
For stock styles, you can expect delivery within one week, with made to order styles subjected to an estimated 8/10 week lead time.
All deliveries to UK, United States of America and Europe will be sold with all tax and duties included in the sale price.
Rest Of The World deliveries will be sold excluding tax/duty/fees., which will be paid by the receiver in full. Bowhill & Elliott take no responsibility for such costs.
